As, trained and experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME) we utilize our past experiences to combat complex issues in validation (Process, Cleaning, Equipment and Packaging). Trainings will begin with a problem and throughout the training workshop, collectively as a group we will work through the problem analyzing all the data (contributing factors) and formulate hypotheses. We will evaluate all hypotheses and contributing factors and deduce the root cause and ultimately the solution!
